Fish and Shrimp Tacos
Today I thought I'd share a recipe for Fish and shrimp taco's they taste damn good and fit the profile of the shut your pie hole diet nicely!
Ingredients
Corn Tortillas 55 Calories Per Tortilla
Black Beans (Seasoned with a dash of Red Hot and Salt and Pepper) 1/4 Cup 55 Calories
4 Talapia (white flaky fish) Filets , 2 Oz. Per Taco 55 Calories
Jumbo Shrimp, Again 2 ounces per Taco about 30 Calories
Broccoli Cole Slaw
Low Fat Ranch Dressing (mix half package of slaw with three TBS of the dressing), figure a small amount on each taco is about 20 calories
Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, TBSP 10 calories
Grill the fish and shrimp, Then chop so it makes for a nice taco filling, Grill the Corn Tortillas , Heat The beans...then serve everything Ala Cart,
Each Taco Works out to about 225 Calories....Three Tacos 675 calories
I will try to post recipes as they happen tonight its low fat enchilada, not sure why the mexican kick but just go with it...............Got someone interested in their diet but does not have time to cook have them check out our blog and our simple recipes the work is pretty much done for you
